Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible from the UK.

Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day, with estimated delivery within 2–3 working days.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or delayed, we will contact you with updated lead time information and provide the option to cancel the order for a full refund if preferred.

FREE SHIPPING currently provided on all mainland UK orders.

Returns & Warranty

If the product you receive is faulty or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

If a product develops a fault after the initial 30-day period, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement product where appropriate.

If a replacement is not possible or the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be offered in accordance with UK consumer rights.

Return Authorisation (RMA)

Before returning any item, please contact us at:

Please include:

Order number
Product model / part number
Description of the issue
Photos if needed

We will then provide return instructions and a return authorisation reference if required.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service when returning items.

Incorrect or Incompatible Orders

If you accidentally order an incompatible battery or charger, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Provided the item is returned:

unused
in original packaging
in resellable condition

we will be happy to arrange either:

an exchange
or a refund

Refunds or replacements can only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
